Got home late and tried to open the garage door. Did some basic troubleshooting to no avail. Called Pro Lift first thing the next morning. Brian asked me a few questions about what was going on with the door. He knew what the issue most likely was. Fantastic customer service! Chose a time frame for around lunch. Matt with Pro Lift called me and said he could be there earlier. Showed up and knew exactly which brand door I have as soon as he pulled in the driveway. Looked at a couple of components and could tell right away what happened (sheared spring). Within an hour Matt came back and had a new spring system installed. Door works great! Thanks Pro Lift!

My garage door spring broke on a Friday morning, so I called at 8:30 a.m. and an appointment was set for between 9-11 a.m. Matt sent a text stating his experience and would be helping repair my garage door.
