I wish that I would have found them first!! I called because my garage door was inoperable. After the expert provided his opinion, I found that the door was more damaged than I thought and he patiently explained the processes of how a garage opener, door, and frame worked together. I apologize; he may have provided his name but I was distraught, but I wanted to say that he was very courteous, professional, and prompt. PROLIFT GARAGE DOORS lifted my house to a whole new higher level. My family didn't realize how far beneath our privileges we had been living until PROLIFT opened up our eyes to the possibility of being perfect neighbors by bringing an upgrade of outdoor class to the neighborhood. After Hurricane Harvey in 2017, our dull gray, 25 year old garage doors became the "old maid" after we installed a brand new roof. When my wife decided "enough is enough," she contacted PROLIFT for a free consultation. Mr. David Miller walked confidently into our driveway, then knocked on our front door. He stood back in courteous consideration with his face mask covering on (due to corona precautions). Our two friendly dogs greeted him with their tails wagging to confirm that David was a good guy. After giving us a great estimate in less than 15 minutes for our twin garage doors, we were allowed to pay half-down. PROLIFT immediately placed our order, which including two top-of-the-line Liftmaster automatic garage door openers complete with WiFi compatibility so each adult family member living in houses & apartments in the Houston area could sync our new garage doors with their cellphones. After two weeks of excited anticipation, amazing David Miller returned with his eager apprentice, Mr. Bo Bohannon. I sat in a comfortable chair & watched intently as the two skilled technicians quickly disassembled my old maid doors as if they were tattered lego pieces. After the demolition phrase was over, that's was when the magic happened. We were fortunate & blessed that PROLIFT sent Mr. David Miller & Mr. Bo Bohannon to complete the installation of our new garage doors. David is a true ARTIST who takes tremendous pride in his work. The meticulous manner in which he patiently trained & taught young Bo how to systematically proceed in the professional step-by-step construction of our new garage doors was a work-of-art worth framing. I knew I was watching two master at work as each panel was perfectly stacked & leveled. I watched them sculpt a masterpiece in my garage. David and Bo took great pride in their work. It showed. To my great astonishment, PROLIFT WITHHELD a few pleasant surprises from me until AFTER the installation was complete. FIRST, Mr. Miller nor Mr. Bohannom never bothered to mention beforehand that my new garage doors would be almost COMPLETELY SILENT. They should advertise themselves as "PROLIFT STEALTH SERVICES to help your garage doors live their best life." SECOND, the owners of PROLIFT should be informed their polished technicians CLEAN UP so well & dispose of all the ancient evidence & old memories of previous garage door days prior to their arrival. The hit TV Show, CSI, should airman episode showcasing new tricks to clean up a crime scene (which my old doors were every single day) before PROLIFT changed the narrative. FINALLY, after PROLIFT GARAGE DOORS departed my driveway, my neighbors suddenly began to smile again during their morning & evening walks when passing by our house. PROLIFT instantly upgraded the property value of every house on our block because our new garage doors now scream HIGH QUALITY & FABULOUS WORKMANSHIP. I don't always write reviews for companies because I expect to get what I pay for. However, not only did PROLIFT allow us to split the remaining balance into two easy-to-pay final installments, but they easily EXCEEDED my expectations. I was lucky to assigned their best team of installation technicians, Mr. David & Mr. Bo Bohannon. I not only highly recommend these two supremely talented metal sculpture artists, but I applaud their company, PROLIFT GARAGE DOORS, as one of the best investments I have ever made to improve my home. My ONLY disappointment is the fact I am only allowed to give PROLIFT GARAGE DOORS a FIVE STAR "thumbs up" instead of the PERFECT TEN they absolutely deserve as a enterprise of EXCELLENCE that leaves homeowners feeling proud & protected - and glad to do business with THE BEST.
